"The rooms are clean, bright and very homey. I felt like I was in a guest room and not just a hotel room. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. They will give you great suggestions on what to see and restaurants while you’re in Philadelphia. The hotel is about 5 blocks away from the Liberty Bell, the visitor center and the Hall of Independence, as well as the many museums in the city. There are dozen of restaurants within short walking distance. I highly recommend Oenn’s View Hotel."

"The hotel is in a great central location. It is directly across the street from the Reading Market, which is a delightful place to visit. From desk staff to restaurant staff, housekeeping, and even the Uber drivers everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and the bathroom had adequate counter space for toiletries. Beds were quite comfortable and the duvet covering felt luxurious to lie under. A lovely place to stay."

"Parking was not that great, you had to park in parking garage where it was outdates old and not a lot of room to park. Check in was easy. Room's were very close together and you could hear through the walls. Rooms were very outdated and the tv wasn't even facing the bed. Bathroom was so small. My boyfriend and I did not feel comfortable at this hotel and will not be staying again."

"Staff not honest and no integrity, won’t stay there again EVER! We found TICK on one of us the morning after the stay, showed it to the front desk staff, they called their manager. The guy said he’ll create an incident report and said they’d refund us for the one night’s cost, and told us to call their manager insurance company if any follow-up is needed to take care of medical expenses. But when asked for a case number he said it’ll take some time to have that but will have it ready before checkout. So we changed the room and stayed another two nights as planned. However, at checkout, nothing promised was done. The front desk said she will contact the booking agency to refund the fee but nothing happened. They also didn’t give me any case number or insurance contact. Fortunately the tick bite wasn’t too bad (we found it early!) and not much needed to be done. However, when I asked for the refund again they denied the case and refused my request. The people are just terrible full of lies. DON’T use it!"
