"The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. She is very kind, polite and generous. She made drinks for my son and I (hot coco and tea). She was fun to talk to. I wrote this because I was so impressed by her and the lodge. Great place to stay. "We had a wonderful stay at this super cute and cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo. The space was very clean and thoughtfully equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was well stocked, and the bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home.Our host was absolutely excellent — incredibly communicative, responsive, and accommodating from the moment we reached out. When we arrived late Friday night (around 11:30 pm), unfortunately our assigned parking space was blocked by another vehicle. We notified the host right away and she immediately jumped in to help, contacting the HOA and trying to track down the owner. The surrounding residents were also kind and helpful, though understandably protective of their own spaces.We were able to use an open space overnight, and ultimately didn’t gain access to our assigned spot until the morning of checkout. While the situation was outside the host’s control and handled as well as possible, it did add a bit of unexpected stress to the trip.Overall, this is a lovely place to stay with a fantastic host. We would absolutely recommend it — just something to be aware of regarding the parking situation in the complex."

"The check in process was terrible. We couldn’t get in with the door code we were provided so we had to stand outside in the freezing cold at night with all of our stuff while trying to call around to track down the correct door code. Absolutely inexcusable. Also, parking spaces were tight and parking availability was very limited at night when returning to the condo. "
