Please wash mattress covers, pillow covers, and sheets after each guest.

Overall we were very happy with our stay but the only problem was the mattress cover in sofa bed was not clean. It had staining and the sheet and blanket was crumbled inside just the way it was left from previous guests.

Great place with jacuzzi

This villa has upper and lower units, each has its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Upper unit's loft has a jacuzzi which is supper nice to use after a day of ski. The villa is centrally located close to Diamond Peak, restaurants and super market. It's very well kept and supper clean. Tim was very easy to communicate with and is very flexible. We got stuck during a big snow storm and couldn't drive to Incline Village due to road closures, Tim was willing to refund us but at the end we ended up extend our trip. Through out the whole process, Tim was very understanding and kind. We would definitely love to stay at this place again.
