"We were a family of 5, with young kids. The stay at Sophia was just amazing, right in front of the blue domed church. The indoor was cozy, very well aesthetically curated and added to the charm of Greece/Santorini. The room service and food was also tye best! The staff was very helpful in arranging for cab services to pickup/drop at the airport, and travel around Santorini. Everything about our 3 night 4 day stay at this place was top notch, from staff hospitality, location, ambience and pool. Very pleased and a memorable stay! "

"Older property that had been well maintained. Bathroom and shower were small. There was a young wonderful man who took good care of us. We called him the ice man. He always delivered ice promptly at 1600. "

"The hotel property and staff were excellent. The location was amazing and convenient. The room was very large and well equipped to accommodate 5-6 people very comfortably possibly more for a family with children. We rented a car from one of the local car agencies that was recommended by the hotel concierge and it was the best car rental company I have ever dealt with the car agent was super chill and delivered the car to the hotel and also even allowed us to drop it off at the airport for our 6am departure flight, they accepted credit card payment and the rate was 30 euros per day for 4 days including basic insurance, a car is highly recommended to see the entire island and convenience.. we went to Parissa beach every day and several times to Oia for dinner and sunset. There is a local bus and many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel but having the car was really the best way to go for us. We stayed in room 402 and it was perfect for us with the only small downside was that it did not have a clear unobstructed view of Caldera which was not a problem for us as we really only used the room for sleeping but wanted to mention that in case it is more of a priority for some people, I will say that the full Caldera and Mediterranean sunset views are only a few steps away from the front door of the room. Our breakfast was very good and included with the room it was delivered each morning. The 24 hour front desk staff was very friendly carried our luggage at 4am checkout!"

"Excellent hospitality and great hotel . I would recommend everyone to stay here and it’s worth the money . As I mentioned in the feedback to the hotel staff the area outside of the rooms can get really slippery during rain or high moisture conditions and the hotel should do something about it like ex:- anti-skid coating or other options available. The gym needs to be fully setup and completed "
