"The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The TV in our room did not work and she quickly moved us to another room. But I must add that when I arrived, because I had such a bad experience at another hotel she upgraded me to a presidential suite to make my stay even better with them. Because of that, I will definitely stay there again because of her generosity and the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Paces Palazzo for Christmas. The kitchen was the perfect place for all of the cooking and baking, plus having two refrigerators worked out excellently. We had ample space for the 15 of us with the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the dining room table not only served as the place to eat, but was also great from game nights. "
