"We stayed here because it was a better price and within a 10 minute walk to the Atlanta Braves stadium. Even the parking was cheaper (5 dollars a day). We had a two queen room and there was plenty of room. They don’t have a free breakfast but if you get the $25 voucher option it washes itself out. Great food. The staff is very friendly and they don’t mind helping you get the information you need when you have a question. If you are staying for a game or business I definitely recommend staying at the renaissance next to the battery."

"The staff were very nice, I will not dispute that. But I would say, they are very disorganized with their refund. It's been more than 2 weeks since I checked out, and I haven't received my refund. They're excuse was that they had refunded it to my expedia account, which doesn't make sense, becasue I paid with my card. I find that very unprofessional. Also, they didn't mention that I had to pay for parking. So beware of that. That would come out of the amount you put down for your stay"

"Parking was horrible. Parking lot is too small for the size of the hotel. Parking was very expensive and cars on the lot got broken into."

"We paid approximately $260 for the room, upon arrival at around 5:30 PM, we were informed by the front desk that the air conditioning system had been turned off but was “fixed” and would begin cooling shortly. We left for the Braves game expecting the issue to be resolved. However, when we returned around 11:00 PM, the air conditioning was still not working, and the room remained uncomfortably hot. At that time, I spoke with the front desk again and was told we could either receive a refund and leave or be offered Marriott Bonvoy points. I requested a partial refund, which was declined, and I was told management would follow up to resolve the issue. It was too late for me to leave at that point considering we were on a 17 hour drive from Miami, Florida to Louisville, Kentucky and it was already 11pm. After such a long travel day, we were only able to get about one hour of very uncomfortable sleep due to the lack of a basic and essential amenity, air conditioning. I did speak briefly with a manager on my way out who stated he would “make things right,” but I have not received any follow up communication since. "
