Its very chill and layback but the staff is AMAZING! their service is one of the best I have experienced in my life. Despite the fact that there was some issues with the reservation through Expedia, their pool was not working and there was a leaking problem; the staff here were so so so nice and accommodating. They are an example of great customer service. "
