I can honestly say that the customer service here , was the best I’ve ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. They even brought us a doormat when it rained!
Our room was perfect, we chose the split level option which was great, felt very spacious. Loved the complimentary robes and slippers.
Beach just across the road.
Superb DJ playing chill vibes around the pool .
Great that you could choose a bed for no extra charge.
We had such a fantastic stay here , we will definitely be returning .

Location and design is beautiful.
3 major issues…
The walls are very thin and I could hear every sound of the group of girls next door who stayed up partying until 1:30am which was difficult to sleep when I had to leave for the airport at 6am. Also water in the shower did not ever get hot…this was a buzzkill at 6am when it was chilly and dark out.
Food from restaurant was tasty but incredibly overpriced. 35€ for a basic salad is offensive imho.
Overall I would expect more for the rates they charge.
