Staff was kind and attentive, it is open for about one month now, so still some bugs to work oit— housekeeping was inconsistent— one was excellent and another just meh— whenever I raised an issue— they were minor— there was a quick and satisfactory response

Our. Short stay at Reid’s has been an excellent experience All the staff have been friendly, helpful, polite and hospitable The hotel has a beautiful aspect overlooking the Atlantic The gardens are tranquil, the swimming pools immaculate We would come back without hesitation

The kitchen appliances did not work and there was no air conditioning in the room. The staff were friendly and the room service left the space very neat and tidy.

Village Cabo Girao
This is a beautiful location with stunning views. Just be aware that it the shuttle bus from the resort doesn't always go into town everyday.
