Amazing place and outstanding staff. Andre, in particular, was exceptionally helpful welcoming from the moment we arrived and consistently proactive throughout my stay. He anticipated what we might need, offered thoughtful recommendations, and followed up to make sure everything was perfect.
The rest of the team mirrored that same warm, professional attitude: quick to greet, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely proud of their work. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels both efficient and personal, this one absolutely delivers, thanks to people like Andre.
