"The rooms need a refresher, the wall paper is peeling off , the cabinet door was off the hinges. The sheets had stains on them , no plug for the bathtub , no Kleenex in the room the carpets in the room were dirty ,breakfast was nice , the gym is nice but they use it for outside people with personal trainers, there is. No free water at the gym and no small towels they give you a beach towel ."

"The staff at this hotel are terrific - Claudio & Marta - you make your company proud. Thanks for your help. Our room was not ready so we were upgraded - a nice touch.
