"Great location and room was perfect. Smart TV a nice touch. Contrary to what Hotel.com say, the hotel doesn't have parking so you need to park in the 24 hour car park a street away. Check in was confusing as you had to go to a different hotel across the road but it was fine. You also have to go there for breakfast."

"The Barn was a delight to stay in. We were three families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The accommodation was clean, well presented and well equipped. The beds were comfortable with warm duvets, and there was a children’s playground close by for the children. I would recommend and stay again."

"Lovely cottage furnished with everything you need. Nice location with a handy Spa shop nearby and 2 pubs. Illfracombe town a 15 minute walk via the road, or a bit further via the footpaths. Garage really handy for parking in, nice little secluded garden with outdoor seating. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend if you are looking for accommodation in this area. "
