"Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up. "

"Taka San was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was super traditional and very spacious and there was a lot of space in the house for group dining a nice garage space to hang out as well. The guesthouse is in a very beautiful and scenic area. I would highly recommend Taka San and his guesthouse to anybody looking to visit the area."

"Room was hot and air conditioning was not available. Only fan and heater. Maybe because it’s still spring and not summer?
Entrance to hotel off of main road is really difficult to see and dangerous.
No dinner service. Other Route Inn have great dinner, why not this one?
Front desk staff is great.
Area around hotel is grim but hotel is nice. "

"Really nice hotel away from the cities. Though we were only there for a night, so didnt make use of the on-site onsen, the place had an awesome vibe."

"We stayed for two nights. 100% recommend their breakfast, very good value and the food is amazing. Staff very friendly but compared to other hotels we've been in Japan, they weren't fluent in English that we had to communicate using a translator. The room was small but it had a window with very nice sunlight. We reallly enjoyed their public bath and the pjs they provided were of the best quality. Overall very satisfied that we'd stay there again!!!"
"We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room, Non Smoking (14 sqm). The room is compact but well laid out, with a small bath tub in the bathroom and a humidifier where you add your own water. A range of pillows is available to suit different preferences.
Check in was smooth and efficient, and the hotel already had our Expedia reservations on hand. As with most Japanese hotels, copies of our passports were taken. Amenities such as coffee, toothbrushes, and combs are available at the lobby’s self-service corner. The hotel also has coin laundry machines and vending machines for drinks and beer.
The location is excellent. It sits directly opposite BIC Camera with an escalator that leads straight into the train station. There are plenty of food options around the hotel, making it convenient for meals at any time.
Luggage delivery via Ta-Q-Bin was easy. The hotel handled everything and we only needed one delivery slip for five bags, which made onward travel very convenient."
"The room is spacious enough for a single occupant. Clean and housekeeping is done everyday. Breakfast included was so good. I did not like that reception sets the temperature of ac from the main office.
I want to have control of the room's ac. c"
