Room was hot and air conditioning was not available. Only fan and heater. Maybe because it’s still spring and not summer? Entrance to hotel off of main road is really difficult to see and dangerous. No dinner service. Other Route Inn have great dinner, why not this one? Front desk staff is great. Area around hotel is grim but hotel is nice.

部屋の広さは、広すぎず狭すぎず、短時間滞在（夜チェックイン、朝食後速やかにチェックアウト）にとってはちょうどいいサイズでした。広すぎる部屋だと、長時間滞在（チェックイン時間早々にインして、チェックアウト時間ギリギリまで施設を楽しむ）でなければもったいない気がして・・・貧乏性なんですね(笑) 朝食会場は広くないので、二人で４人テーブルを長時間占拠しないよう（利用時に激混みなのに食事終わっているにも関わらず、スマホいじって席を空けない20歳代の二人組がいたり、時間調整なのか何をするでもなくボーっとしてるだけの４人組がいたり、の、「ロビーに行ってやってもらえませんか？」的な客）に対処するよう工夫して欲しいですね。 食事メニューは、ご当地ものがあったり日替わりものがあったりとバラエティに富んでいて、どれも美味しかったです。個人的には、カレーが無かったのが残念ですが、これは恐らく他の方にとっては何ら問題ないことだと思います・・・ エレベーター付近に朝食メニューの目玉を提示したりといった細かな気配りはしっかりなされているのは感心しました。 お風呂も広くて大変良かったですよ。 他のルートインにも宿泊したことがありますが、どこも同じクオリティを維持しつつ、朝食等はご当地の特色を盛り込んだり、といつも楽しく過ごさせて頂いています。

スタッフの方々の接客スキルがしっかりしているのが印象的でした。大浴場が夜中の２時まで利用可で浴室にシェービングクリームが備置しているのはポイントが高いと思います。浴室内にコインランドリーが設置されているので連泊する利用者にも便利ですね。冷蔵庫の効きが良くて一晩ペットボトルを入れて置くとキンキンに冷えるのもGOODでした。 朝食ビュッフェは品数少なめでいかにもビジネスホテルの朝食然としていて平均点レベル。素泊まりでもこのホテルの良さは充分満喫出来るな、と感じました。ビジネスホテルらしくコンセントがあちこちにあるのは便利でした。

10連休が始まる前日に、急遽来客者があり、ビジネスで利用しました。 正直、駅前で予約を調べましたが、ほとんど空きが無く、また非常に 高い宿泊費を設定されている反面、ルートインは通常と変わりない 価格で宿泊出来ました。いつもの駅前よりきれいで快適だったようです。

ルートインホテルは良かった❗

名神高速大垣ＩＣから近く周辺には飲食店、大型スーパーのAEONも車で直ぐの所にあり不便さは有りません。大浴場は利用しませんでしたが深夜までまた朝も5時から利用出来るようです。朝食もバイキングスタイルで朝としてはおかずの種類も十分でした。
