"We loved this cozy littleProperty, absolutely 5 star :)Wonderful location and easy to get to, this annex to the main old rectory house is beautifully done and super comfy.Hosts are lovely and looked after us well, fresh bread, butter and Jams for us when we arrived along with a bottle of fizz made us feel very welcome.High quality bedding and linens etc.The little garden space is secluded and a pleasure to sit out in.Zero faults!Thank you so much :)"

"Great stay and lovely area to stay in for the new forest. A very nice pub steps away from the property and some other local options for food as well.In terms of directions to find the property just look for “Mandy’s cattery” on Google maps as it will make things way easier to find as the accommodation is on the same property"

"Host Kim was very welcoming. Ideal place for couples to get away, Hut is not far from places to visit with pubs nearby. private parking on site. Good comfortable bed, Compact shower room/toilet. Good outside facilities chairs and fire pit & bbq. Had an enjoyable stay."

"Lovely property that worked well for 12 adults. Some bedrooms were a bit small. The big tables so we could all sit together, inside or out, were more important then I realised. Timo was friendly and happy to help."

"Great location especially for children. Access straight onto the forest, with easy access to Ringwood, Moors Valley and other attractions Attention to a few minor details would have made our stay perfect; such as better mattresses and pillows, a clean BBQ and extra towels for the spa. Timo was very helpful and obliging and we would love to come back for another stay."

"The property was impressive, very clean and welcoming, Timo was helpful and available if needed. Kitchen was well equipped ( a knife sharpener would be useful) My only negative comment would be that loft bedrooms have very limited access. As the TV is between two bedrooms it might be advisable to have it upstairs in the lounge. As a family we really enjoyed the outdoor living spaces."
