"We loved our stay. The room was a perfect size for 3 people to stay and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. They even have a tattoo studio on the premises! One takeaway is if you’re sleeping until the afternoon and are a light sleeper like I am, be mindful of the music from speaker waking you up. Other than that, everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again."

"Overall the property is beautiful and the pool/ outdoor amenities are so nice. What lowered my star rating was the gym. First, it's in the basement... whats that all about... you have this beautiful view and you stick the treadmills/ weights/ equipment in a room with no windows? Furthermore, it didn't feel like there was air conditioning in there, no fans, no water station, no towels, no wipes for the equipment. Awful gym experience. Completely not becoming of a 4 star hotel. I did really like the cava and desserts they brought every evening to our room, but weird that you have to order minibar items and none of them are snacks. Just make it so available so I can choose my 4 complimentary items rather than having to order something that comes only at 11am or 5pm. So weird and unnecessary amount of work for vacation."

"Arrived home from another wonderful stay. The staff make this hotel what it is, everyone is so friendly and the hotel is kept spotless throughout by the hardworking facilities team. The bar and restaurant staff are brilliant. My husband, Juan and Alfredo becoming fast friends. He also thoroughly enjoyed a couple of Spa treatments with Julia. We can’t wait to see you all again next year!"
