Building A is in front of the beach (as you see the picture). Building B is behind A crossing the street. The place is nice and big, but the restaurant for breakfast at B-Llobet is not at the beach.

We stayed here last week, 4 girlfriends, for a weekend of fun. We could not have been more pleased with the hotel. The apartment was super clean, spacious with great bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Beds very comfortable. The air con was superb and very welcome after a day in the sun. There’s a nice roof terrace with pool if you don’t wish to venture far. It’s not noisy at night (but maybe we were lucky that weekend). Breakfast was wonderful, everything you could want for breakfast; continental, freshly made eggs and bacon, pancakes, fruit, pastries (even PG tips for your morning cuppa). The hotel itself is a 2 min walk across the road to the beach (busyish road), with plenty of bars and restaurants. You can walk into the old town in half an hour or so. We found a gravelly track - I’m sure there’s a more direct way. The staff are super lovely and helpful. One thing to note (not related to hotel) is the issue with taxis. Whilst we were ok for the majority of the time, taxis at certain times can be hard to find. We were waiting for 40 mins once for a restaurant booking. I would whole heartedly recommend these apartments.

This property was extremely clean and well maintained. The check-in was great - staff was excellent. They provided beach towels and an umbrella which was fantastic and needed with the hot sun. Apartment was well equipped and the AC was great. It is about 20 minute walk to the heart of shopping and main restaurants. Would recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic apartments near Ibiza Town
Wonderful staff, nice clean apartments. Spacious and cool in the heat of summer. Great base for accessing the main activities in the south of the island, from the beaches to the clubs, airport, Formentera and Ibiza Town itself.

Excellent, nothing to complain but only good words. We were upgraded to a beautiful apartment with outdoor jacuzzi, huge patio and roomy lodging, the apartment not only is spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious too. Location is prime, close to beach, we even get welcome drinks

Large apartments, great breakfast, friendly 24hr reception. Comfy beds and big balcony. What more could you ask for. Rooftop pool is cool but small.

A Gem
This is our second visit to this hotel and would come back again without hesitation. Clean, modern rooms. Fantastic breakfast and wonderful staff. Location is perfect for exploring Ibiza and in walking distance to the beach.

First class hotel in Ibiza Town.
My one night stay was excellent although being situated next to a road in a city you can expect traffic noise. The accommodation was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped for self catering. Plenty of choice at breakfast and all food was fresh.

Was a great stay- stayed with my friend and girlfriend last minute booking. Pet friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Even supplied a pet bed and water/ food bowl which made the stay even easier for me. Great staff at reception and helpful with the area. Would come again

We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath apartment. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff at this hotel could not be anymore helpful! They were so accommodating! One of my children went down to breakfast after they had officially closed and they still let them stay and eat. Another day, the housekeeping staff ended up waiting past their usual time to get in to clean our room (which I didn't realize or I would have told them to come in!). The front desk staff were so helpful with any question we asked. This neighborhood was great for families. There is a beach right across the street. The area is not super crowded and not the area with tons of clubs, bars or parties going on. It's quieter. We had a very nice stay.

Modern, clean and extremely friendly hotel
When we arrived in Ibiza for a Hen Party, we did not know what to expect as none of us had been before. We arrived at B-Llobet around 1am and the concierge greeted us warmly and we were given the keys to our two-bedroom flat on the first floor. The reception area, staircase area and hallways were all spotlessly clean and when we opened the door to the flat we were very pleasantly surprised. The aircon had been left on for us and the spare sofa bed in the living room had been made up, as there were 5 of us staying. It had everything we needed; towels, hairdryers, small toiletries, a large fridge/freezer, an espresso machine and a variety of cups and glasses. The balcony overlooked the road and the flat below but with a pool area on the roof, we didn't spend much time there. As a bonus you get the beach & sea view from the 5th floor. The breakfast which was included is a delightful buffet with hot breakfast freshly made to order by a chef on site. One of our party became unwell on day 1 and I cannot thank Susanna and the whole hotel team enough for their kindness and promptness in getting her back on her feet. Likewise Valentina who manned the reception PM helped ensure we had the best possible night in Ushuaia and she assisted us with getting the transport booked too (less than 10 mins to the strip by car). All 5 of us loved Ibiza and we would not hesitate to stay at B-Llobet again. Did I mention that the beach is right across the road? Book it, you won't be disappointed.

Most Terrible Hotel Staff Experience!
I had absolutely the worst terrible interaction ever with one of the staff called Valentina... She had the audacity to shout on us and refused every single request we asked for, even going the extra mile and saying to us "Of course you must be tired when you come home at 7am!" Well, everyone goes to Ibiza to party and it's pretty normal to come late and ask for a 30 mins late checkout! I was simply amazed by her behavior, never met such a rude staff working in a hotel in my life, and I doubt I ever will as well... I even complained to the management after this experience, but they refused to raise a complaint and take further action!!! Utter unprofessionalism...

Great hotel, location not so great
The apartments are extremely clean and spacious and I would highly recommend these rooms to people, however the location of the apartments is in a fairly undesirable place. There is a beach just over the road but after staying in Formentera for the week you wonder why anyone would want To use this beach. We walked to the top of Ibiza Town to the castle which didn't take long and the view at the top is wonderful. The breakfast in the hotel was very good, and we were given complementary cava/champagne in the bar in the other hotel as the restaurant was closed in the evening for our hotel as we were out of season I assume. The doors leading on to the balcony all had broken locks which left the children feeling a little unsafe at night but hopefully this issue will be resolved soon. We tried 4 different rooms but all were broken. we were on the fourth floor so not too much to worry about apart from the flats in the neighbourhood look quite unsavoury. The pool is tiny at the top! It can't be more than 6ft wide! It's long though. Not much fun for children as very cold and just for swimming lengths.

L'hôtel est très récent et l'accueil est chaleureux. Les appartements sont très confortables, spacieux, fonctionnels et baignés de lumière. La propreté est impeccable. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. L'emplacement à deux pas de la mer et des commerces est idéal pour découvrir la ville. Nous sommes ravis d'y avoir séjourné. Nous conservons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour et la recommandons vivement.

Espectacular apartamento en Ibiza.
La atención de Antonio fue maravillosa!!! Los apartamentos son espectaculares, perfectos para unas excelentes y tranquilas vacaciones. Mi nota es 9 y eso solamente porque el colchón de sofá cama de la sala es Dino o no se como explicarlo, pero se sienten lis resortes. Tiene piscina, bellas vistas, está buen ubicado, es seguro. Me encantó y lo recomiendo a todos, tanto parejas como familias. El trato de las personas que trabajan en este apartamento-hotel es espectacular! Felicidades!!!!
