"Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up. "

"It was a clean and confortable place, but anyway, I don't know why, there was nobody for my check-in, nor the six days I stayed there, I only saw work people there two times. So well, it's a good place, but if there's nobody to look after it, well, you can't ask for help or maybe end up sleeping over on the street. Also, in japanese night there's practically no streetlights and it was almost imposible to find the place (it's like hidden behind and enormous stone wall)"

"Room was hot and air conditioning was not available. Only fan and heater. Maybe because it’s still spring and not summer? Entrance to hotel off of main road is really difficult to see and dangerous. No dinner service. Other Route Inn have great dinner, why not this one? Front desk staff is great. Area around hotel is grim but hotel is nice. "
