I didn't like the thermostat that would not lower the temperature in the room, the faucet in the bathroom leaked and even though I was given a non-smoking room it still had a "smoky" smell. "Very friendly staff, great buffet breakfast (I still can’t believe the amount of choices and quality … such a great way to start the day). Double bed was big enough for me and my 12 year old. 5 min walk from train station and we had a view of the Sakura River. I am sure it would be beautiful in Spring! Spring cleaning staff were having lunch in the same dining hall where we have breakfast which is a lovely to see that management treat their staff as well as their guests. "
