The rooms were a bit small. The staff was extremely friendly and had great customer service. The only issue was cleanliness ( stains on the floors, that could have easily mopped up), and a few bugs. Beside that everything was in walking distance, and there was a great supermarket downstairs.

One of the best properties and locations in the city. Overall the staff was super amazing and very attentive. Would recommend and also stay again upon return. Very close to malls and many restaurants that are all walkable.

Ibague is not the prettiest town, but an ok stopping point.

I’ve stayed in many places since I’ve been traveling Colombia, and this was the worst. I had my passport pics and my Portuguese card identification and they made me pay more than what was on the expedia page. And they wouldn't let me check in if I didn't pay this extra amount. I asked for the complaints book and they told me they didn't have it, which is mandatory by law. Arrogant employee and terrible breakfast service. They didn't have coffee and they said they would get it for me. I waited for a while and the coffee never arrived. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Superb and excellent staff. Friendly, proactive. Breakfast menu selection very good, best omelette so far in any Colombian hotel so far. Great views, safe area.

Room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was excellent.
