"The rooms were stocked very well for an extended stay hotel. No pots, plates, cutlery, etc. were provided unless you purchased onsite. So either they expect you to travel to the hotel with kitchen supplies, purchase supplies and travel home with supplies or by a bunch of disposable stuff which doesn’t really fit they’re “green/eco friendly” agenda. The kitchen only had a dish towel and two thin plastic Dixie cups. So that was really disappointing. They nickel and dime a lot. Their house cleaning was every two weeks. If you needed more towels you had to pay for it. The room itself was comfortable and the parking lot was well lit. But as an extended stay place they overall make it a little inconvenient. "

"The condition of the place is pretty bad. The walls are so thin you can hear the TV in the room next door. The area surrounding is not good either, with sketchy people wandering around. I didn't feel safe, which is the most important thing. The guy working the front desk for the night shift did not seem like he wanted to be there and was not very helpful, but the guy in the morning was more personable. It's a great location next to Peterson SFB, so it could be so much better if management actually cared to fix it up, clean it up, and hire more people who care."

"The parking was horrendous. Every other car took up two spots in their already tiny parking lot. There were constantly random people hanging out in the hallways at all hours of the day and night. My kids couldn't enjoy the pool because they were watched through the window the entire time by other guests or people who lived in the hotel. We felt very unsafe and out of place here. I would never stay here again."

"Checked in late and it was an easy process"

"Breakfast was great. AC fine I had reservation 4/15-4/19. I was called on 4/18 at 11 saying there was stuff in the room and I had checked out that morning at 630. This wasn’t the case. I explained I had a reservation and had it on my phone. The lady said I could reserve a longer stay by need a credit card. I had already paid for my stay. I was on the Westside touring Glen Erie castle. I had to leave ( loosing the money I paid for the tour and tea) I got back to the hotel, they had checked out someone at 630 that morning and they gave my room number. So it was the staffs fault. I wasn’t happy but it did get worked out. But all I could think is they were going to take my stuff out of the room before I got there. Very stressful. Not what you go on vacation for. "

"I rented this VRBO for my daughter to stay at. She had no complaints, said it was wonderful. The host(s) communicated well, even when she locked herself out of the house. Thank you Ken, for checking in on her. I greatly appreciated it!!"

"Overall stay was great. Room was very clean, pool was great. Breakfast was a plus everything was really fresh. Also the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay there again. "
