We were visiting family and this was the closest hotel to where they live. We were very pleased with the property: clean, easy to access (although GPS took us the wrong direction), free breakfast and the man taking care of the dining area was friendly and very efficient.

A good hotel for a budget stay

We stayed at the MainStay for its location. The hotel was clean with a sofa, desk, refrigerator, stove and microwave. It has an above average breakfast each morning included with the room. Maid service is only once a week. There is a workout room and pool. The only thing I disliked was the bathroom had a sliding door that made a lot of noise when it was used at night.

we were only in town for a short stay, but comfort was of the utmost importance. The room was clean, and spacious. However, we were disappointed that the hot tub was not working, and the pool was cold and dark, not very inviting at all.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. The hotel is very clean all the way around. The bed was very comfortable, the fitness center was clean and had the basics. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was down for maintenance the whole time we were there and that was the major factor in why we picked this hotel. Overall though, great place, great stay!

Over all a pleasant stay

Staff was friendly, place was clean, for longer stays I was told that room service was in the 4th day but if I didn’t want them to put DND door hanger out and I did but they still came in. Also, both the refrigerator & the heater were very loud.

Two hotels connecting for this property. Not a fan of the layout, had to use an accessible room for family and entrance was outside. Not great to have for using the breakfast facilities as family member is in wheelchair. This place is ok if you need something in this area but I wouldn’t stay there again.

I am pretty sure it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel and I did get a non smoking room but there were times were it is so overpowering with smoke. Other then that it was okay. The hot tub was not working as well. It was in a great location and close to everything.

Our favorite !!

Wow ! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Extremely clean, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, hot water with excellent pressure, great breakfast and good coffee, and quiet . We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette, and there is a grocery store within eyesight , so making lunch or an easy dinner was great. There are many food choices in the area. We plan on staying here again, without question.
