"The hotel was in a great location, which was convenient to walk to both food and entertainment. The room exceeded our expectations as it was larger than expected and the rooms were also great. And the convenience of Chattanooga Brewery. and Peet's Coffee downstairs?? I'm already planning another trip back just to stay at Hotel Clemons."

"We arrived late and were very cranky. I believe the young lady behind the counter was Alexis. She was absolutely incredible and patient. There was trouble with the system checking us in and she made sure we got to our room anyway. She also recommended us to go to a bar, sing it or wing it. We had so much fun and met the Chattanooga lookout baseball team! We’re from Canada and that was by far the best night we had in the USA! We will definitely come back to Chattanooga and stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and the staff were amazing. Even the next day, There were three or four staff members we interacted with, and they were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included. "
