There were no instructions on what to do either on the desk or in the messge I received , though I did mange to find a phone no in the latter This was answered by a person (big plus point) who eventuall sent someone to help me. Room was clean and comfortable. Bar was not staffed"

"I had to remind the host to send me the property information. When I arrived the property was occupied. Host had double booked, didn’t answer the phone, and then I had to book another place to stay last minute and spend 2 hours with customer support to get the refund he promised."

"We had a lovely stay. The accommodation had everything we needed and was clean, cosy, and comfortable throughout. The location was excellent and really convenient for everything we wanted to do and access during our stay. We would happily stay here again!"
