"The staffs are great and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. As for the location, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about — there’s a supermarket next door and tons of restaurants nearby. If I had to mention one downside, the bathtub drained very poorly, so the shower time wasn’t very pleasant. "

"The hotel shuttle arrived at the time we were told when using the courtesy at the airport. Front desk was very helpful friendly and courteous, they even got us in our room 2 hours early without any upcharge. The onssitey restaurant has a somewhat limited menu but the food was good. The room was clean and comfortable. No view but wasn't looking for one. The front desk even got us a ride to the cruise terminal at a flat rate that was less than the shuttle service. I would recommend this hotel."

"This property appears to be residential (condos/apartments), not huge but kitchen and laundry in room. It was like spending a night in an IKEA. Showroom ( not in a bad way). Very comfortable and steps from the waterfront. All check in is online. Parking was a little confusing fort the building we were in, but a passing “resident” was very helpful. "
