"We were very happy with the prompt service when checking in and the cleanliness of the room. Parking is tight when you are checking in, but the underground parking once you are checked in was fine. The EV charger was broken, which was unfortunate. The hot breakfast was pretty good. A gym would have been nice."

"We stay at the Steveston Hotel everytime we visit. The staff is incredibly helpful. The rooms are getting somecwear and tear, and it would be great to see some updating. For example, the bed is a bit lumpy, the pillows are too soft, the miniblinds are broken, removed and never replaced, the curtains are from the 1980s. Parking is free and plentiful, but I was sad to see the Ear and Buck permanently closed. "

"I called for the airport shuttle when I arrived in Vancouver and it arrived in 8 minutes. When I was headed back to the airport a few days later, it left Best Western promptly at 6:30 am. Staff was pleasant and answered my question, “How do I work the TV”? Room was quiet, clean and near the elevator. I’m arthritic so this was a plus for me."
