"Felt more like a motel 6 than a Quality. Room smelled immediately like someone had smoked there. Vending machine was not working. Ice machine on 2 levels were not working. Laundry dryer was so full of lint that it took two rounds to dry. Bathroom fan was disgusting as was the top lip around the shower. Toilet seat needed changed. It was so scratched up from use. Trim on all of the doors and door jams were missing paint from scratches. Needs a new cleaning staff. Night shift worker was too busy playing on his phone to help. Manager was helpful in the morning but the place needs maintenance."

"Everything was fine except we stayed on the first floor and the staff played the tv and talked loud all night. I was awaken at least 4 times by their loud talk. When my husband mentioned the noise the lady blamed children but I did not see any children. I got up 2 times around 12:30and 2:00 and saw it was the staff. They were still talking loud around 4am. It was a woman and a man. I was having surgery early the next morning and they disturbed my whole night. Would not recommend the first floor!"
