I have stayed at this property before and was very satisfied then, as well. The hotel is nice and well kept, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The website said the hotel was being renovated but I was never bothered by it. Would certainly stay there again!

LOCATION WAS GOOD. PROPERTY I GUESS WAS DOING SOME UPGRADES. THERE WAS ALOT OF BOXES IN LOBBY. OUR ROOM THE OFFICE CHAIRS ARMS WERE COMING COMPLETELY APART. THE ELEVATOR WAS MAKING A LOUD NOISE SO THAT WAS A LITTLE SCARY. FOR A HILTON GARDEN INN I WAS EXPECTING A LITTLE MORE.

Very clean, comfy beds , excellent staff. Room did not have black out curtains and ice machine on second floor did not work. Room was super cold, we loved that. Lobby was very warm.

I'll only visit for the bar but will not stay

The hotel has really gone down hill over the last 2 years. It's in need of a complete make over and lots of things repaired. They do not have the kitchen open anymore in the afternoons either. I will not stay there again but I will go hang out with Tim at the bar. He is the only reason I didn't give 1 start. He is entertaining and fun to be around.

I had read reviews on google maps prior to booking and it appeared the key system was down. I called the property and was told everything was functional. We arrived and it was not. Property under renovation and had multiple issues in guestroom, also night auditor was asleep when we came down early to checkout.

Arrived and no key cards to room. If we both left, the front desk would have to escort us back. No explanation. Unable to access ice on 3rd floor, so had to go to front desk for ice. Morning “coffee” only tea and decaf - no coffee. An employee knocked on our door at 7:45 am to see if we are still there. Odd? Never happened ever in past. Liked hotel from several past stays, but reconsidering especially as cost is high end.
