Loved the coffee in the lobby that was available all the time. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint was the breakfast wasn’t the best. A few warm food options would have made it better. Overall, not bad.

The lady at the front desk was so polite and kind. I had nothing less than amazing treatment from the staff. The only issue I had was with the $75 pet fee. I asked why it was so expensive and I was told that it was due to the hotel having to shampoo the carpet after the stay. I was a bit confused because I am a senior and I travel extensively with my 5 lb Chihuahua and 10 lb Morkie (a certified service animal). When I stay at pet friendly hotels, they always have pet friendly rooms. Sure, I have paid minimal pet fees, but I feel $75 for a 12 hour stay was steep. Other than the high pet fee, I truly enjoyed the hotel.

We stayed here when we went to a concert at the Brandon Amphitheater. It is walkable to the venue (.7 mile). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Restaurants nearby. The ac worked great in the summer heat.
