"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were ok but not the greatest in taste. Bedroom was clean but the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like, would need to deep clean as the tub, sink and floor corners are dirty. It's not as quiet when I stayed and got a few prank calls from teenage kids staying at the hotel but it was dealt with by management right away."

"My experience with this apartment management was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had been trying to contact them through emails and messages for a long time with little to no response. Eventually, someone named Matt Jones answered my phone call around 7 AM, and after I asked for his information, he sent me his name and contact details through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, his behavior and communication were very disrespectful. Instead of trying to help, he spoke in a sarcastic and dismissive manner, almost as if tenants are expected to accept poor treatment without support. No real assistance or effort was ever provided to resolve my concerns. Professionalism, communication, and customer service were completely lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful treatment or proper management support."

"The on-site parking was nice, and we were close to the Gardiner as well as many shopping centres. The host accepted us quickly and seemed nice. The beds were rather clean. It was also one of the most affordable stays in the GTA. However, being one of the most affordable places comes at its own price. The upstairs neighbours were EXTREMELY noisy 24/7, all week. Day and night. Granted, we stayed there on the week of March break, so their kids were home all day. There was only a single roll of toilet paper provided, so we had to buy our own early on into our stay. And lastly, although the beds were clean, underneath the couch was dirty.Would I go back again? Yes, but I'd make sure to avoid going during the same time as school holidays. Thank you for having us!"

"I’m leaving this review with details I would’ve liked to know before booking. My husband and I stayed here late November. Check in was easy but I had to stand on a chair to reach a very high key box. Driveway is steeply pitched. If there had been icy conditions I would’ve been very concerned with slipping. The unit has many flights of stairs. I was so thankful my mom (a senior) wasn’t traveling with us because she would not have done well with so many stairs. The living room is a mix of random furniture and not ideal for watching television. The kitchen was great, spacious and modern. There was only one television and it could not be viewed from outside of the living room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were extremely flat and the linens had an overpowering fragrance. If anyone in your party is chemical sensitive, this may be an issue. I asked the host if there was a hairdryer available and he said one could be provided. There was no hairdryer present during our stay which is not fun for someone like me (with long hair) in winter months. The interior was very quiet and the hvac system worked well. "

"The house was in the prefect location for us; however inside the home there were many things in terrible disrepair. The owner was not amenible to fixing or replacing any of the falling apart items. It's a shame because aside from that our stay was wonderful. We made the best of it as much as we could and tried to ignore the issues since there was no changing things once we had paid and were there and checked in. "
