"From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent. Very helpful throughout our stay. Reception staff were fantastic. Arranging our packed lunch for trips and booking restaurants. All staff in all restaurants were very professional and the selection of food was very good. The bar staff in all the bar areas were very polite and the service was great. The only area that needed a little more attention was around the beach. Although in fairness not all areas were open. "

"The hotel was very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. I was concerned about the safety of the beach but they thought of everything and we felt extremely safe. The only improvement is the Wi-Fi. Not a deal breaker at all because they offered entertainment every night. It felt a lot like being on a cruise. "

"Staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tired and basic but had everything we needed. The water slide park was fantastic and we used it everyday. The fun fair rides and arcade are also great, an extra cost but reasonable. There was a great variety of food in the various restaurants although the rules around the a la carte bookings were not clear with different people saying different things. The animation team and activities were great fun and provided variety for us all....

"We booked 2 nights at this hotel. At the time of check in the staff were confused regarding how the booking was made and what bed types we had. Despite mentionned that we needed twin beds they did not seemed to acknowlige it. Also they were asking to pay for the room which was already paid before. After checking with their manager it was paid. Everytime that I asked simple requests (sometimes twice) something regarding the beds or if I can pay some meals with Egyptian pounds in cash the guy at...

"I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. "The Hotel is very good and it's positioned inside the Marina where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes as wel as sovenier shops. And one of the best walking locations in Hurghada. The only down point is that there is no swimming pool and the beach is quite far away othere than that every thing is perfect"
