Our stay at the Moon Beach Resort was fantastic and we can absolutely recommend it! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the value for money is excellent, everything is clean, and the view from the balcony of the beach and the Red Sea right in front of the hotel is stunning. The food is good (Arabic cuisine, not international), and the service is very good overall – except for the internet connection, which was quite poor. Other than that, everything was top-notch!

Our stay was good over all. Nothing really to complain about. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it does require some maintenance in places. The property was clean and enjoyable. We did not spend lots of time in the hotel but when we did it was pleasant. The meals was ok but could be improved and definitely the WIFI. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. As I said, over all a good experience.

Anfrage, ob checkin 2 Tage später möglich wurde nie beantwortet! Weder per Telefon, WhatsApp, oder Expedia, keine Antwort. Sogar Expedia benötigte mehrer Tage um das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen, unfassbar! Aussage des Hotels, man muss am gebuchten Tag der Anreise anreisen, ansonsten ist das komplette Geld weg! Ich kann das gar nicht glauben!

Das Hotel entspricht ehe einem 2 Sterne Hotel. Jacuzzis geschlossen, Sauna defekt, Lady-Gym unzugänglich, Männer-Gym überfüllt durch ortsfremde Einheimische. Essen sehr geringer Auswahl, Trinken nur 0,5 L pro Person pro Tag. Kein Abendprogramm, keine Kinderanimation, keine Shows oder Veranstaltungen. Essen jeden Tag dasselber und sehr geringer Auswahl. Ich habe All Inclusive gebucht, war aber sehr enttäuscht. Als ich eine Tasse Kaffee bestellt habe, musste ich extra dafür bezahlen – obwohl All Inclusive. Das Essen war sehr schlecht und von geringer Qualität. Sogar Trinkwasser mussten wir immer wieder separat anfragen. Insgesamt war es keine angenehme Erfahrung und ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Qualité prix

J’ai un avis très mitigé sur cet hôtel, vu le prix que nous avons payé pour quatre personnes et deux chambres un peu moins de 450 € pour 7 nuit, tout compris. compliqué de se plaindre sans repenser à la somme déboursé. Après il y a des choses qui sont faciles à changer et gratuitement pour rendre le séjour beaucoup plus agréable. Ce qui m’a beaucoup marqué, c’est les cinq ou six chiens errants sur la plage et au bord de la piscine, on ne se sent vraiment pas du tout en sécurité. Ça coûte pas grand-chose de les virer. Mettre une connexion Internet fiable, ne demande pas de grands moyens sur la semaine entière. Nous avons dû pouvoir peut-être se connecter 10 minutes au total. Garder à l’esprit que cet hôtel est plus fréquenté par les locaux que par les occidentaux donc automatiquement les normes ne sont plus du tout les mêmes. Nous avons choisi cette hôtel pour notre première semaine en Égypte, uniquement pour faire sept jours d’excursion un peu partout. Nous avions aucun intérêt à mettre 2000 € dans une semaine de vacances, sachant que nous serions absents tous les jours. Nous avons quitté l’établissement hier pour un hôtel luxueux plus loin, mais cette fois-ci, nous sortirons pas de l’hôtel pendant les sept prochains jours. Le personnel a toujours été très souriant et serviable, ce qui est un grand point positif. Les prix au bar de plage sont très bon et les cocktails excellent. Garder à l’esprit que pas une goutte d’alcool n’est servi dans cet établissement.

Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, plagued by an astonishing array of issues. the promised amenities were non-existent, with no Wi-Fi connection— lost a lot of my business .room 309, initially no electricity for over 40 minutes, TV service was completely non-functional. I nearly suffered serious injury from a broken bed. the bathroom mirror was broken and sharp, doors have broken locks, leaving us unable to secure our privacy. the booking is all-inclusive. The hotel attempted to charge us for water, tea, and coffee. the night shift receptionist was kind enough. no room phone connection to reception,the air conditioner operating without a filter, showers running cold after 7 PM. only one towel per room for three guests unless you order more. The beach is not sandy, was treacherous with sharp stones, rocks, broken glass, tiles, and even stray dogs. Dining was equally disappointing, and with a very low level,the restaurant staff were friendly. We have countless pictures documenting these myriad problems. Maybe the staff may have dislike for foreigners, especially those from the USA, someone advising us not to complain until after departure to avoid further issues. tried to cancel the second night booking, but more than 6 times, they never answered expedia calls or emails. summary, our stay was a continuous litany of severe shortcomings and safety hazards, making it unequivocally clear that this hotel is simply unfit for guests and a profound disappointment.

Hôtel juste horrible arrivée sur place les chambres étaient super sale des cheveux ainsi que des taches jaunes sur les draps. Le personnel nous a changé de chambre mais c’était encore pire nous sommes donc partie de l’hôtel. Après réclamation de remboursement, ils nous ont même pas remboursé. Fuyez cet hôtel !!!

Le séjour a été vraiment plus que décevant l'hôtel Moon beach Hurghada ne mérites pas du tout ses 3 étoiles une voir 2 et encore. Aucune propreté ni des chambres ni du restaurant, pour avoir la chambre nettoyer il faut se battre avec le réceptionniste car apparemment dans cet hôtel la propreté c'est plus qune option Le bruit a été une des choses les plus horrible notre chambre était en dessous du restaurant Nous avions l'impression de dormir dans les cuisines Déception totale la nourriture du buffet catastrophique et répétitive En gros prenez le temps de lire les avis et prenez les bien en compte car moi je ne l'ai pas fait et je m'en suis mordu les doigts

Havuzlar bana göre değildi ama çocuklu ailelerde düşünülmüş ve kumu temizdi. Dört tane asansör var iniş çıkışlarda asla sorun yok bekleme yok süper !
