Huge hotel (3 in 1) , Sunny Days Las Palmas is clean and pleasant, even if some rooms seem a little bit old (electricity plugs, toilet, deco..).Anyway very functional, food is ok (breakfast, lunch...) No lift at all, but just 1 or 2 stairs, so manageable. Spa seems ok (at least massage are professional ) just do not forget to negociate prices, as usual in Egypt ;-)

I have stayed at the other Sunny days Hotel adjacent and I think I prefer the Mirette because it is quieter and when it’s windy, which it can be even in the summer, the other hotel shelters it. The water is fairly shallow so if you want to snorkel you have to go to the other hotel’s beach. Both hotels offer the same standard of food but if drinks are your priority then the larger one is best.

I had a very old room, with a horrible bathroom. The food was not good as well - very less choice and a bad taste. Also the drinks out of single-use plastic glasses is very old fashioned and not nice for dinner. I really can not recommend that hotel if you want to have some vacation. Just spend some more money and get way better accommodation. The staff was more and less friendly and after many requests they cleaned the room, but you can not improve that old rooms and that horrible bathrooms. They need to renew it.

The worst Hotel in the world! Horrible service, disgusting, really disgusting food! At any time, breakfast, lunch, dinner! Everything is horrible about this hotel! They are 3 hotels together and each one is do bad. Was my worst experience ever! I paid for all inclusive, but the food at the 3 hotels ( you can each in any of them) was disgusting! The quality, the taste, the look, everything was rigorously bad! Theses hotels Sunny days should be closed! Do a favor for yourself: DONT stay at any of SUNNy DAYS hotels! You will regret deeply! Trash, absolutely TRASH!

Very old hotel, needs to be done up. Unable to use bathroom bad condition. Room not to standards, very unhygienic for my baby and us. AC fridge problems, number of complaints no change. no wifi have to pay $17 for 5 days. food terrible. lack of choice and quality. every one got food poising and bacterial infection. good thing was the pool and outdoor facilities. sale men on site was annoying, forcing to book and being angry if we booked with someone self. bad quality experience compared to other countries. I would never visit Egypt again due to my hotel experience. my worse holiday so far specially due to hotel condition. very baad.

La propreté laisse réellement a désirer, salle de bain trop petite impossible de se doucher sans se cogner contre la paroie de la douche, plein de poils et cheveux par terre, cuvette sale miroir pas nettoyé… tres dommage car dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est bien le personnel est a l’écoute, 2 piscines tres grandes et 2 petites plages.

Plage privée et piscine. Bien utile quand il fait chaud. Le all inclusive est bien mais le restaurant est surpeuplé le midi et le soir. Il est préférable d’attendre les fin de service.

Sunny day ligger bra till när det gäller Stadens gamla och nya stan, tar cirka 20-30 minuter att gå till beroende på vad man vill se. Det är billigare på gamla sidan av staden än den nya staden vid marinan. Hotellet har säkerhetspersonal av alla typer, badvakter, säkerhetsvakter, underrättelse personer från polisen och alla dessa är mycket lugna, ej påträngande och man känner sig inte övervakade eftersom de är där pga att gästernas ska kunna känna sig trygga och säkra. Det är en jättebra vistelse hotell för både unga och vuxna som vill både festa och koppla av. Barnpooler är varma och finns både för vuxna och barn. Man kan även simma i havsvatten som är vid sidan om. Personalen försöker göra allt för att gästerna ska trivas och känna sig välkomna etc.

Das Essen hat uns leider garnicht geschmeckt ! Zudem gab es sehr wenig Auswahl da. Keine Animation! Ab 18 Uhr war alles Schluss im Hotel kein Pool, die Getränke gegen Gebühr. An der Snackbar gab es NUR Sandwichbrot. (Solange der Vorrat reicht) Die Badezimmer war sehr alt und irgendwie auch unhygienisch. Das WLAN müsste man gegen gebühr buchen. Über die Personal ist nicht viel zu sprechen Sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Laut Hotel Fotos alles perfekt aber All inkl. war es NICHT! Zudem ganzen ist die Hotel leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Für den Preis habe ich nicht viel erwartet, ich bin auch kein kleinlicher Mensch, jedoch wurde hier schon lange nicht mehr renoviert. Essen war auch schrecklich. Alkool gibt es nur bis 17 Uhr, obwohhl All-inkl., danach wird Geld dafür verlangt. An einem Tag ist der Alkohol sogar ausgegangen... Klima im Zimmer ging nicht, ich wurde aber auf ein anderes Zimmer dann umgebucht. Wenn man hier ein Zimmer bucht, sollte man nicht viel erwarten.

Ficamos mais de uma hora e meia esperando e não encontravam a reserva, mesmo eu mostrando a confirmação. Hotel bem velho precisando de muitas reformas. Quartos com camas velhas e box do banheiro minúsculo. Tem que fazer manobras para tomar banho. Vaso do nosso quarto estava vazando. Sobre a comida poucas variedades. A bela a da praia é sensacional, o que compensou um pouco.

Die Bilder die auf der Webseite geworben wird entspricht nicht die Realität es sehr schmutzig und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig man kann nicht mal auf die Stühle Sitzen so klebrig und dreckig. Das Service Personen am Pool und Zimmer Service ist Sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend alle Anderen Bereiche sind überheblich und teilweise beleidigend. Ich bin ein lange Kunde bei Expedia und bin immer sehr zufrieden mit der Leistungen. Aber dieses Hotel werde ich auf garkeinenfall wieder buchen. dieses Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne Verdient eher 1 Stern wenn überhaupt.

For me was not a nice experience I had some difficulties with the water first no hot and after only hot water. I was just for one night and I had to shower my self on the sink. Not a friendly staff.
