"Only stayed because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. The place was great but it was not near anything but the airport. "

"We flew into AKL after midnight and just needed a place to sleep before our roadtrip and this hotel was excellent. This hotel is literally steps away from the international terminal which was excellent. Staff from check in until check out were friendly and professional, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and well-appointed, breakfast buffet was good quality and included a wide selection. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. "

"Clean, comfortable room. Milk for my early morning coffee and lots of local tv to view first thing. The staff was very accommodating and willing to help with or questions or requests. The food selection in the restaurant was excellent and delicious. And the service staff went extra steps to make sure we were satisfied. Also have to say thank you to the servers and tenders in the Rumpus Room, our evenings were very relaxing. Great staff all around, makes for a great stay."

"We booked a room with twin beds and were placed in a family room with a double and a bunk bed. The room was tiny. I cannot imagin how a familiy of four including luggage will manage. The bath room is also tiny and there is no shelf for toileteries. The price was also higher then comparable hotels near the airport. The shuttle bus is not free and return trip costs $13 per person. The restaurant was great, good portion size and tasty. But all in all we would not stay there again "

"Staff were super nice and helpful. Our one bedroom had everything we needed. It was a bit dated with things like the top sheet having a stain and the shower door not sealing properly. It was an amazing price for all we got in a nice neighbourhood."
