"I had a great stay here twice about a week apart as I made a trip east. It was easy to find and there was access to fast food nearby -- you could walk to Arby's. Good hot breakfast choices. My decaf coffee had a ton of grounds in it unfortunately during the first stay, but the second visit it was all fine. The first stay there were quite a few long hairs in the bathroom and tub and they were NOT mine (my hair is short). Second stay the shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain wouldn't...

"Very clean and met my needs well. You will be driving on dirt roads to get to the place, and I would advise getting there before dark as it's hard to find. To Casey's credit, I arrived after dark and was lost. Casey was out looking for me, and I do so appreciate that effort. So bucolic. Wake up to roosters crowing. Very peaceful. I probably wouldn't stay there again only because I was on a cross- country trip and this place, lovely as it was, is too far off the interstate."

"A very relaxing laid back atmosphere! We loved the whole property. The vintage touches to the house were fun. We enjoyed being so near the river and also liked seeing the occasional train go by. We had a nice evening spent around the fire pit after my son's Mizzou graduation. This was a great place for our family to celebrate our son's graduation."
