"This house is nice. For the most part it was clean. Because it is pet friendly, there is pet hair floating around. There are no extra blankets to throw on the beds or the couch which my family wanted."

"My mother and I have been visiting Harbor Island for 6 years. We have only ever stayed at the CRV Condos and have booked condos in several of the different buildings over the years. So many of them are really nice but this condo is literally “chef’s kiss”. It just speaks cozy comfort and rest and relaxation. We loved every minute of our time there (10 days) and you seriously cannot beat the views! The owner definitely takes pride in the property and it shows in how carefully crafted it has been set up. You won’t want for anything at this condo- not even on a rainy day. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!"

"The location was amazing, and since we’ve stayed on Harbor Island before — including the first floor of the D building — we had a good idea of what to expect. The main living areas were nicely furnished and the view definitely helped make the stay enjoyable.That said, it was apparent the property could use a much deeper cleaning overall. The furniture was noticeably dusty, and the bathrooms were disappointing. The shower felt dark and cave-like, and the tile looked dirty enough that we actually debated wearing shower shoes during our stay.Overall, it was still a pleasant space and we enjoyed our time there, but for the price we would have expected more updates and better attention to cleanliness."

"Clean home that accommodated five adults and two children. The room with the bunk beds had plenty of sleeping space which allowed two of our nieces who were staying at a different Harbor Island property to have a sleepover at our place. The only thing that could have been better was to have a grill at the house. There is a charcoal grill there but it is not in the best shape."

"We have stayed in other units at Harbor Island, and this was one of our favorites. The marsh view is beautiful! The room was clean and had all the kitchen necessities to cook meals. There was a stock pot and steamer basket that we used to fix crab legs and shrimp from Gay Fish Company. Make sure to visit Beedos, Another Slice, and Boujee Bowls… these were our favorites! The pass to Hunting Island is great as well! We love looking for shells and shark teeth there. We love Harbor Island and can’t wait to visit again!"

"We loved the condo. Great access to the beach, great pools and perfect for our family. Overall the property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Only issues were no coffee filters, we had to go back into town for those. And the shower curtain liner is in need of replacing. To us those were very minor and we would stay again."
