Romantic Oceanfront Villa for Two

Thank you for taking your time to take a look at our villa. It is part of the Cedar Reef Villas and the unit number is D102 - Oceanfront - 2 minute walk across the boardwalk to the beach - only dunes between the villa and the beach.

We completely renovated this unit in 2014 and just completed another remodel in January 2022. The bedroom now has a king size bed and new furniture throughout the villa. We provide our guests with Luxury Pure Egyptian Cotton Sheets, Luxury Egyptian Cotton White Towels, His and Her bathrobes and lots of little necessity items that make your stay comfortable.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, dish washer soap, kitchen towels, waffle maker, toaster, pots and pans, griddle pan, crock pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, a pantry with organic coconut oil and other oils as well as salt, pepper and other spices. We also provide sugar and sweetener.

Our condo is one of only two units features a double wide balcony - one extra large outdoor living room, as we call it. You can enjoy beach living to the fullest.

We also added ceiling fans in living room and bedroom which are not standard in Cedar Reef Villas.

We also provide beach towels and beach chairs.

Cable TV and Free Wifi high speed internet are also provided for you to enjoy.

A nice touch is our TV stand which is an electrical fire place to give you a comfy / cozy feel when there is a cold day or you can use it without the heat. The villa has heat and air conditioning throughout.

Please note, that the condo only sleeps 2 people and the maximum occupancy is 2 per our policy. We do not have additional sleeping arrangements in our place.

As much as we all love our fur babies but unfortunately at the Cedar Reef Villas, renters are not allowed to bring their pets. Therefore we have a "no pet policy".

As a short term rental host we are legally allowed to use various surveillance devices to protect our property on the outside. There are 2 cameras installed at the villa. One is located at the front door of the property and one is installed at the backside / balcony of the property. Harbor Island is a private island with 24/7 security in place and a very safe place to be. Those 2 cameras protect our guests and ensure policies are followed.

50th Anniversary Celebration
The place is everything we had hoped for. I had made the reservation without my wife's knowledge that we were getting away for our 50th. I knew she loved to walk the beach with the waves lapping up on her feet and this Harbor Island setting was perfect. She is very particular about where she stays and the condo provided everything as advertised and could not have been more perfect for the two of us. We look forward to revisiting soon.

Our stay was great! Read the other reviews, they are honest about the REALLY loud sounds from upstairs. the unit next door is also under renovation. We dealt with loud tile sawing, banging, and construction noises at all hours of the day. This unit is GREAT! Totally as described, clean, and comfortable. Beach was awesome.

Perfect Getaway
Perfect place to not care about time, leave emails unopened, and just take a breather. Quiet and quaint with the ocean and a pool available with a short walk. A bunny came to visit every night and we loved walking on the beach and looking at the sea turtle nests. We will be back.

Peaceful Getaway
This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely condo. It has everything we need to cook in. It also has a beautiful view and an easy walk to the quite beach. Tasteful decorations and the host has taken the time to make your stay as easy as possible. We love the extra length deck and its perfect for sitting outisde to read or dine. Great community and it is very quiet and peaceful.

King bed is unbelievably uncomfortable, mushy and overused. Needs replacement. Slept on sofa. Master bath is extremely tiny. We used master bath only for showers. First floor location is an issue. We were woken 3 nights in a row at 5 am by pounding of floor upstairs: kids running up and down. Plus you can hear conversations through out the night - thin walls. I wanted to leave after 2 nights of misery but had obligations that prevented us. Care package on arrival had two sets of ear plugs. Was this supplied to reduce noise levels from people above and on sides? 1/4+ mile walk over boardwalk to get to beach. This is marketed as beach front but you are so far from beach. Make sure you are ok with that. I never cooked or washed clothes in unit so I have no idea about kitchen/laundry.
