Location is great. Customer service to accommodate for special request was really excellent. Thank you and I would stay again.

Hotel was nice and well maintained. Clean and pretty…. Parking was very expensive but nice to have on premise. Front desk was nice and helpful. Breakfast line was super long so never got food. Wanted to grab fruit or a bagel for our long car drive but you aren’t allowed to take food out of the eating area which is ridiculous.

The pool was amazing (best part of staying there), but it closes rather early (8:00). They advertise a sauna, but you must have an appointment to use it. That was disappointing. Street parking in the area is non-existent and the hotel parking is valet only and $70. I pulled in, saw the price, but didn't see a way out. There was a long line of people checking in and I didn't need to check in, so I went up to the attendant to ask him how I could get out and he told me he was busy helping someone else. True, but in the time it took for him to respond he could have told me how to get out. I just backed out before another car could get in line behind me. Fortunately, I found garage nearby that only charged $30 for the night. The room was clean, but the building is old and there was black mold on the window sill. They profiled a guest of mine who had long hair and a dog. They said someone with a dog was kicking on a door and assumed it was my guest because he had a dog. They later came back and said the dog didn't match the description, but they weren't very hospitable. There was a vibe. I wouldn't go there with kids on a family trip (which was my situation). I imagine their ideal customer is a single, or a couple, who is wealthy and there to shop. I stay in SF frequently and like to stay where there is a pool because I have a kid. I won't be going back to this hotel.
