"It is advertised as having a jacuzzi open. The jacuzzis have been shut down for more than a year! The breakfast is pared down to one warm dish of eggs and potatoes one day OR biscuits and gravy the next day. Parking is plentiful with beach access for walking."

"Main bedroom looked like something was splashed against the wall. Underneath the bed was something sticky like chocolate syrup. Only saw it as I had something role under the bed. Freezer was dirty also but everything else was clean. There were issues trying to figure out how to get into the place. I thought you just put in the code and the door automatically opens as that is what I’m used to. No one told me it was a key box that you had to pull down and get your key. But the place was amazing could hear the ocean waves crashing. Had a fabulous week."

"We had a perfect stay here. The place is private with an excellent view of the town, river, harbor, ocean. Well equipped, nicely appointed, very well stocked with everything we could possibly have needed! Nights were quiet and peaceful, the bed comfortable and I love the nice cold fridge! Everything worked perfectly. We would/will absolutely stay here again!"

"If you're looking for a "nice hotel" this is probably not the place for you. If, like me, you're not particular and want something with character, this place is awesome. Most of what I liked was not the room itself. The door to the room was within spitting distance of a small boat harbor where seals like to hang out, and there's a pizza place with a bar right below the rooms. Their pizza is phenomenal. It wasn't anything "Fancy" but it was everything it needed to be and a lot more. 10/10 Would stay again."

"Its rare to find a rental that has a fenced in back yard. This place has that, and it made a huge difference. How nice it was to be able to let our dog run around and do her business as she pleased. We don't mind walking her to do her thing, but she minds. The house itself was amazing. Beautiful. Lots of room to spread out. And an amazing view from the back windows. We look forward to staying here again."
