I have paid ALOT of money for rentals without as much peace & quiet and lovely scenery to be enjoyedy. Property Mgr "Houston" was kind, courteous and went out of his way to accommodate. "The town of Gold Beach pretty much goes dark for dining options in Tuesday and Wednesday so our fare was the local grocery store deli. That said, the hotel was awesome. Breakfast was great. The room was so nice and the view of the sunset was second to none. The hotel staff catered to our needs for motorcycle parking and were wonderful. Highly recommend of others are looking for a property in the Gold Beach area. "

"This house is a nice size, with up to date appliances, and a comfortable layout! Only complaint is that the main bedroom does get loud with passing cars on the busy highway in the morning, but I had already read that in previous reviews. Not a problem if you’re an earlyish riser (7am). The WiFi was also fairly slow, but it worked! Great place- would definitely stay again!"

"The place was pretty spot on as pictured! It was honestly bigger than I was expecting so thats always a plus! Only downfall I would say is this place was on the top of a 3-story buildling and there was NO elevator. So we had to carry all of our luggage up and down stairs.. not fun. "This house was just right for my family. Check-in was easy and the host, Aimee, was responsive to my questions. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was outdated, however, it was very comfortable. I enjoy having windows open as I like a breeze in the house, however, very few windows had screens on them. I would recommend this house, especially for groups."
