"This is a great location near MEL airport, but it would have been nice for check-in to include later hours than 2-5:30pm, especially with Melbourne traffic on a weekday. (Note: Make sure you get your ID after the front desk takes a photocopy -- thankfully the desk clerk brought it to our unit personally!) We stayed in #45, which didn't have enough parking outside for our car (due to other guests in nearby units), but we solved that by parking in the guest parking lot near the entrance. Our unit had a bright red front door and was cozy and clean inside. We slept well and enjoyed the French press coffee amenity in the morning. We would have washed up our few dishes but couldn't find any soap or tea towels."

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."
