"This hotel was a last minute decision as it had been storming really bad. The outside, inside etc were fine and maintained. However when we opened the door to our room, the smell of dog was so pungent it almost took us out. We had indoor pets so it’s not something we’re not used to. But this appeared to be a room that wasn’t clean upon further inspection. There was dried blood on the comforters and the sheets smelled like dog. If we had not been desperate for a place to stay, we would have left. This was unacceptable tbh."

"Was very dirty. Trash overflowing everywhere even in the lobby. Bathroom was quite dirty and had to ask for vice grips to use the shower as the nozzle was broken"

"The room smelled a little musty the bathroom floor was like ceramic tiles that had cracks all in them, the sink was cracked and glued back together on one part then the whole sink was coming off the wall. Breakfast was terrible and they had the same thing both mornings. The carpets needed vacuuming from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms. Definitely not worth what they’re charging. Was surrounded by many close fast food though so that was a plus. "

"Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. Jam on bar stools and floor felt grimy and bathroom mirrors not well cleaned. Bed were comfortable but our toilet broke and needed repair. We tried using the phone to call front desk and phone was broken. At the front desk the receptionist told us that a new phone would be available until two days later. Toilet was fixed in timely manner by a kind custodian."

"The staff was very nice. There was a lady at the front desk who was incredible. The room was clean, two queen beds, tv, fridge and microwave. The property is a bit dated but this place was very nice. We were going to a concert at Dickies arena. The hotel was very close to the venue. Also very close to fast food and a few restaurants and finally, the price for two nights was very reasonable."

"We were there to attend our daughter’s TCU graduation, and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The event planner did a wonderful job transforming the hotel lobby into a fun and festive celebration with a sparkly balloon backdrop, “2026” display for photos, purple bead necklaces, custom TCU cookies, bagged popcorn in TCU’s colors, and refreshing Moxi drinks (which were a great alcohol-free touch). It was all very thoughtful and made the celebration feel extra special for the guests. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the room was very nice, but when we arrived I noticed a pair of black socks on the floor, a larger snack crumb that I stepped on, and the shower floor was very slippery. Since the room is somewhat dark and the socks blended into the flooring, I can understand how they may have been missed, but it did make me wonder if the room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. On a positive note, the snack shop was wonderful for late-night needs—offering wine, beer, water, and snacks, which was very convenient. However, there were no utensils, napkins, or paper or plastic cups available either in the room or at the snack store, which would have been helpful since items are purchased there to bring back to the room to heat and or eat."

"Flight was cancelled, never made it to Fort Worth. Wouldn’t let me cancel my stay because it was day of check in. Customer Service at hotel stated I could only cancel if I book direct. Reservations made thru hotels.com were not eligible even with extenuating circumstances outside of my control. "
