"The website says there are two pools , one for adults and one for children. There was only one pool and it was 2 feet deep. The website also states that there was is a bar but it was closed and when I asked the staff, she said it’s never been open. The restrooms by the check in area were dirty and they had no toilet paper. We were very disappointed because we had our grandchildren with us and had hoped to have a great weekend with them. We had no plans to leave the hotel and enjoy the time with them but we decided to make it a one night stay instead and go look for another hotel."

"This hotel used to be a Red Roof Inn and is going through renovations, so it currently has a lot of construction. We were here for the George Strait concert, so I didn't mind the elevated price. I don't know how much an overnight stay usually costs. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and adequate for our needs."

"The sheets on the king size bed did not appear to have been changed. There were crumbs under the top sheet and stains on the bed spread. We found sheets in the dryer and replaced the fitted sheet. We had brought some blankets so were able to sleep on the bed.Chain for the fan in the TV room is missed to control the fan.Most of the windows were unlocked. I was able to get them to lock. Kitchen window was the hardest.Noticed a small hole in closet door caused by lock on the doorknob in the bedroom with queen bed. After I left the above message with the management company, did not receive any communication from them, very disappointed.Also, noticed that there is a very large gap under the front door, to allow any type of insect to enter the house, plus losing a lot of cooling and heating.Appears that there are some water damages to the ceiling where the wall and ceiling join in the bedroom that has the king size bed.Sure, hope the owner is told about what I reported, I know if I owned the property I would like to know so that issues are taken care of. It was near to the college, which was nice."

"This property was not clean at all. Not a bad house location is decent quick drive to basically everything. Check-in was easy and communication was good. "
