For a budget hotel, it wasn’t bad. The infestation of the ants, was very bad. And the most important thing, the mattress was so hard that neither one of us hardly slept. The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed help. On a scale of 1-10, we give them a 5.

ที่พักแย่มาก ห้องน้ำสกปรกมีคราบเชื้อราตามกำแพง ห้องที่ไปพักสายฉีดใช้งานไม่ได้ ท่อระบายน้ำมีเศษเส้นผมขังทำให้น้ำไม่ระบาย ทางโรงแรมใช้วิธีเอาฝากรองเส้นผมออกแทนที่จะทำความสะอาดฝากรองเส้นผม โถส้วมมีคราบเหลืองไม่ขัดให้สะอาด ดูแล้วเหมือนจะไม่ได้ขัดเลย พื้นห้องไม่สะอาดมีฝุ่น บอกพนักงานว่าพื้นห้องไม่สะอาดก็เถียงว่าทำความสะอาดแล้ว แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดก็มัวแต่นั่งคุยกันไม่ตั้งใจทำความสะอาด ที่ห้องไฟเสียก็ไม่ยอมซ่อม สายไฟในตู้เสื้อผ้าระโยงระยางไม่เก็บให้เรียบร้อย ตู้เย็นก็ใช้ไม่ได้ เปิดตู้เย็นมามีกลิ่นเหม็น อาหารเช้าก็ไม่มี ซึ่งราคาขนาดนี้ควรจะทำให้ดีกว่านี้ สะอาดกว่านี้ และมีอาหารเช้า ผมไปพักมาอีกที่ราคาถูกกว่า ห้องสะอาดกว่า บิวอินท์ทั้งห้อง มีอาหารเช้าด้วย สำหรับที่นี่ไปครั้งเดียวครับ ไม่ไปอีกแล้ว อยากจะมารีวิวเพื่อให้เจ้าของโรงแรมปรับปรุงทุกอย่างตั้งแต่ห้องจนถึงพนักงาน เพื่อนักท่องเที่ยวจะได้พักผ่อนอย่างดี

website lies about distance from city center. Much farther than 1.4 km Hotel does not answer phone or emails. I declined to check in and have requested refund from hotels.com

will stay other hotel next time

hotel could not find our reservation said they did not use hotels.com. finally got is straightened out and went to room. Room was very nice but at night when we went to get in bed found bed covered in bird droppings!! call front desk and they came right away and changed the bed linen. the house keeping does leave a little to be desired. will stay different hotel next time
