The Lapa is located in a good location. Easy to get everywhere. The hotel room was clean and tidy. We had a huge room. Just little things. Only had one bedside table. Toilet roll holder behind the toilet not easy to access? Light for hand basin was low to cupboard not up above basin? Taps turn on/off differently to normal but still worked. Pool was cool. Many people sunbaking but not swimming. Just a quick dip. It was a good place to stay in Hua Hi

Frühstück okay, aber nichts, dass einem Umhaut. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der schlimmsten Aussicht. Eine Blechwand vor dem Balkon um EG. Einigermassen sauber aber extremer Renovierung bedarf. Betten gut und Pool sehr schön. Fazit nicht mehr in diesem Zimmer sonst okay.

Kan beter mits kleine aanpassingen.

Eerste kamer was donker en zonder terras. 2e kamer zeer ruim, supergoed bad en douche, maar volledig afgesloten terras. 5 ontbijt buffetten steeds met koude gerechten, stokbrood net rubber, niet te eten. 1 ochtend koffiemachine “vergeten” aan te zetten, dus koude koffie. De bestelde eigerechten maar half gebakken, je kon ze drinken. Slechts 10 ligbedden aan het mooie zwembad met zeer dunne kussens. Kamer zeer ruim en zeer net.

Bedbugs, begge ben er bidt overalt. Sindssygt støjende hotel, da det ligger ved en mega trafikeret vej. Langt ind til byen. Ingen ro at finde her. Så hvis du ønsker ro, find et andet sted. Morgenmad god, og værelserne egentlig fine, bare mega støjende pga. biler.

Hotel confortable, très propre avec un accueil parfait. À côté du Blueport gros centre commercial et à proximité des restaurants et salon de massage. Plage à 150m. Très bonne adresse avec piscine agréable.

Room was spacious, and breakfast was amazing. Location was convenient because it was close to the blu port mall. Shuttle bus service is offered on the weekend to the clock tower, night market and cicada market.

前台服務員極不禮貌和友善，酒店房間有霉味，房間設施不方便，淋浴和洗手間一東一西，每次都要走東走西，相片影出來沙發像泳池旁，去到才發現原來在房間門口，跟本不會坐在這裡曬太陽 晚上回房間道路很黑暗，每次出門前都先開著房門前登，但晚上回來，每次已被關掉，每晚都是摸黑回去，下次去華欣一定不會再訂Lapa這間酒店，而且價格一點都不平宜。差差差

Its right in the city of Hua Hin. Next to a new shopping mall which you can find almost everything there. Their foodcourt is just 1 min walk away from the lobby... the room, service and surrounding of this hotel is awesome. Will come back to stay for sure.

Nice hotel, highly recommend Pool Access room

I booked Pool Access room, room is nice and clear, breakfast is nice for me enough foods to have, staff was very helpful on everything i need and they are very nice. But they should renew all of their towels, slipper... Suggest you brought your own if you need.

Decent location next to a massive mall, and a few minutes walk (through other hotels) to the beach. Along a main road which offers some convenience, but lots of noise. One thing to note about the place is that it feels a bit too..open. There aren't any walls or doors to walk into the lobby, so it just kind of feels like it's part of the street, or a public area. Our first room was on the first floor, which felt almost insecure/dangerous because of that. First room we got had broken drawers and was on the first floor. The staff changed us quickly which was cool, but didn't look too happy doing so. Numerous times I had to inquire of something at the front desk but no staff was there....So I just had to kind of shout and hope someone would hear me from the back. They always did, but it felt a bit unprofessional. Wifi is a JOKE here. In both of the rooms we had, and my friend's room on the other side of the complex, it was unusable. Downloading a single song from Apple music (mp3) took about 6 minutes. The fact that they call this "wifi" is almost fraudulent. It seems more like the entire hotel is tethered to someone's 3G cell phone. Pool area is decent and spacious. Room had zero view and therefore didn't feel very comfortable to relax in. Open the (ripped) curtains and we get a view of a shady-looking alleyway with loud motorcycles occasionally parking a few feet away. Photos are deceptive too! No blue sky next to the pool...it's a 4-floor mall now!

Fantastic location situated right next to Bluport Mall and we had peace of mind parking our car on the premises. The breakfast staff service is great! The property seems a little old e.g. a crack in my parquet, spoilt door, loose shower hinge. But if it is within their capacity the staff will respond quickly to your fault report.
