"This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. It was close to Boston, Woburn had great places to eat, we loved the Brickyard. We enjoyed a walk after dinner and some time in the memorial park honoring the Veterans of all wars and conflicts. We will probably stay again when we have to go to Boston."

"Check in was very easy and the room was nice and clean, the Breakfast was really good, and the endless coffee wasn't too bad either, the pool was was very nice and and easy to use, all in all, it's relatively new construction and a great place to stay, especially for the price. Try it and see."

"Room was clean, double queen, so pretty spacious. Temp controls work well. Shower pressure was good and water temp adjusted without too much delay. Bed linens were soft clean. Bed and pillows firm. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I travel for work and would stay here again. "

"A number of problems 1) first night the exit at the bottom of stairs to the outside was locked - could not go from inside to outside in case of a fire. I told the staff at the desk. This was resolved next day and evening - could get from inside to outside in case of emergency 2) at that same stair way there is a door from the stair tower to the hall - marked :"fire door keep close". The door was wedged open. 3) Lot of trouble opening the door to my room. Last time I needed to get in the staff from the desk had to "violently" pull the handle up then down to open the door. 4) the fan in the bathroom is on 24 / 7. There is no off switch. 5) I found only one electric outlet and with respect to that outlet the face plate and the outlet were misaligned."

"Didn’t have breakfast. The staff at this hotel were the absolute champions, committed everyday and thoroughly professional. The lobby is just swarmed with people happy, polite and wanting to help, whether it’s opening a door for you or wishing you a nice day. Welcome mats are changed regularly to welcome you into the lift and the housekeeping staff are super polite and friendly. My only reservation would be the furniture in the bedroom, it is a bit dated but functional, clean and well maintained. Bathroom was fantastic . First time in Boston and I had a wonderful time, thank you guys!! "

"The hotel claimed to have air port shuttle. We called the hotel on Thursday morning to tell them we arrived at 10:45pm for our Saturday stay. They confirmed that we could call them when we arrive airport to ask for shuttle. However we arrived, they told us the last air port shuttle is 10pm, which is a totally surprise to us since it did not mention at anywhere. We have to take Uber to get to hotel."
