"Arrived and the type of room we booked was unavailable. No attempt to remedy the situation just a shoulder shrug and sorry. Front desk staff extremely unhelpful and indifferent. Asked for a late checkout to accommodate the errors upon arrival. Was told I’d need to book the room for a full extra day if I wanted to check out 2 hours later than standard time. When asked why the rate the front desk was offering was $60/night more than what was shown online met with another shoulder shrug. Air conditioning brutally loud all night long. Poor reflection on the Hilton brand stay elsewhere."

"Very nice property with parking and easy entry/exit. Rooms are comfortably furnished with good lighting and easy access to plugs. Nice baskets with all the towels you will need are waiting for you upon arrival. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms are nicely appointed. Lots of closet space, and little touches like luggage racks are so helpful. Chairs and couch in the family room are comfortable. TVs work well. We had a little problem with one tv upon arrival - it turned out to be a power block failure- and host went out of their way to send over a handyman and quickly addressed the issue. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen is nice and the refrigerator works well. Excellent communication from host, with recommendations for the area as well. Reasonably priced for a lot of space. "
