This hotel is a quick 15 minutes or so from EVERYTHING. The staff is very helpful and the atmosphere is laid back. The rooms are clean and spacious, with plenty of storage. The laundry room has 8-10 dryers, and 5-6 washing machines, so I never had to wait for someone to finish to do laundry. The front desk is not 24 hours, but you can call an employee after hours to help you, and they're there within 5 minutes. The bathrooms are larger than most, and they are also pet friendly. Loved my stay here.

The staff was amazing! And the room was clean and nice too. I did see a roach in our room on the table. The hallways smelled heavily of weed & lots of smoking in the parking lot as well. Probably won’t be staying again.

Been staying here for work. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are what we needed for our stay. Wifi is not the greatest.

This was a great stay. Inexpensive and felt very comfortable. I think I just had a bad experience due to a neighboring room who had a tenant who smoked cigarettes in their restroom and the odor was going into my room. Also the tenant has music playing all night and I could hardly sleep. Other than that, I loved everything in it. It was spacious and clean! Even after this experience I would still have another stay!

Awesome place

It was a nice clean Place and the service woman was really nice. The room was clean however on the bedside i kept finding bugs coming out of nowhere. Idk if they are bed bugs or not and the room smelled like chlorine at first. But besides those two things thay can be improvex I loved my stay

The initial customer service personnel was off the charts PROFESSIONAL friendly and helpful . I had an okay experience with another team member on 04/27/2025 when I extended my stay for one more day. This team member proceeded with the vibe of I seemed to be bothering her for adding another day.

Well the good thing was the hotel is clean:). On our level sometimes the hall was smelling musty . The room was clean no roaches thank goodness. But if u use the towels and need more u have to pay 3$ for another towel which is crazy.Along with no dishes provided and also they don’t do any service for you so ur bed won’t be made after a couple of days nor trash picked up for you. I felt safe though.

Friendly guest staff. They help me any time I need them for.. elevator was broken twice in a week. I’ve been there three or four times this year so far, last two it has reduce some stuff than usually are common at any average hotel like small towels, soap, shampoo

The kitchenette was great, space was adequate and pet friendly,wifi easy. Elevator broke,no coffee bar as indicated. Very inconveint as we loveeeee coffee! Tamika at the front desk warmed up in no time,staff friendly. We stayed at Woodsprings during transitions in our family ,waiting on home to be ready and Hurricane Harvey and I would still recommend them.

When I first arrived to my room i checked to see how clean the room was and I found the bed area was clean but the bathroom shower area wasn’t cleaned properly.I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom area.I also found 2 roaches in my room one in the bathroom and the table near the bed.I told one of the ladies in the front desk about the roaches and she told me she will get someone to check it out. I found it nasty that there are no housekeeping coming in regularly to clean the room but come bi-weekly.Overall,my stay was okay.

I liked the location It was close to my people. What I didn’t like was they didn’t info me till I got there the elevator wasn’t working and I was on the fourth floor. They could t move me or cancel my reservations. They gave me no head notice that it was out a day or two before so I could decided to come or not. The girl at the front didn’t really care. The hallways were really hot. You could see the bare foot prints of they people who state don my room before me on the fake wood floors. The room had an ethnic smell that was very punnet. I had to get a plug in and air fresher cause they had no other room for me. No shampoo or conditioner.
