The Space:
This peaceful, country-style home features an open, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and brand-new stainless steel appliances, plus new carpet, stylish wood flooring, and updated bathrooms. The kitchen opens to a breakfast area and a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings. Step out onto the new deck and enjoy beautiful views of the large backyard. The outdoor space feels like a private retreat, with lovely trees, wide open space, and a tranquil water view. Bring your fishing gear—airboats are welcome—and unwind. Kids can enjoy kite flying, fishing, and exploring the open yard. The home includes two downstairs bedrooms with queen beds, a convertible sleeper sofa in the living room, and an upstairs bedroom with another queen bed and a cozy loveseat in the loft.

✅ We love pets and welcome them at our property, but please note the following conditions:
✅ All pets must be declared prior to arrival and are subject to approval.
✅ While our home is pet-friendly, we reserve the right to approve or decline pet requests based on property or booking specifics.
✅ A $100 flat pet fee applies per stay and covers up to 3 pets. This fee must be paid prior to check-in.
✅ Pets must not be left unattended at the property at any time.
✅ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside of the home.
✅ If a pet causes damage or requires additional cleaning, guests will be responsible for the cost of repairs or cleaning, which will vary depending on the extent of the issue.
✅ Bringing an unapproved pet may result in a $150 violation fee.
