I’ve stayed at the Westin Memorial City twice now, and each visit has been excellent. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are genuinely kind, professional, and always helpful. The location is perfect—attached to the Memorial City Mall with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment just steps away. The pool is a highlight: quiet, clean, and set on the rooftop with relaxing skyline views of the city. The beds and pillows are always plush and incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. It’s a wonderful place for both adults and kids to enjoy. My family loves staying here, and we’ll continue booking at the Westin Memorial City whenever we’re in Houston. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, comfortable room, except for the pillows! what happened to the soft, feather pillows I remember at the Westin? I ate dinner and breakfast while there and it was exceptional. Will certainly stay here again. But I will bring my own pillow!
